Return Policy As outdoor enthusiasts, we expect that our gear and clothing will perform at a level necessary for the activity. You should expect the same. If you purchase an item that does not meet your expectations, just return it for a refund or exchange in a new condition within 30 days. For your safety, we can not except returns on weight bearing climbing gear, food, water containers/filters, and oversize items. To Return If you would happen to receive a product that does not meet your needs: 1. Email us at returns@erehwon.com to get your return Authorization number. Please put it on the outside of the box. Place a copy of the receipt in the box with your credit card number and expiration date. 2. Mail the package prepaid to: Earth Sports dba/Erehwon Mountain Outfitters 746 Algonquin Road Arlington Heights, IL 60005 Upon receipt of the product, we will email you to confirm it's arrival and credit your account. 3.You may also return any item to one of our local stores with a receipt. To Exchange If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the Return directions and reorder it immediately on Erehwon.com to be sure that it is available. We will credit your account as soon as we receive it in new condition within 30 days. You also may exchange an item at one of our local stores with a receipt.
